As parents we are given the responsibility to give our children, “that which is better,” rather than, “that which is good.”
CONSIDER THIS
* A house is good, but a home (regardless the cost or accommodations) is better.
* Activities are good, but relationships are better.
* Sumptuous meals are good, but peace at the table is better. * "Friends" are good, but family is better.
* Goals are good, but encouragement is better.
* Achievement is good, but attitude is better.
* Excitement is good, but self control is better.
* Morality is good, but righteousness is better.
* Determination is good, but personal disciplined thinking is better.
* Bold confrontation is good, but compassionate counselling is better.
* Facts are good, but Biblical faith is better.
* Sacrifice is good, but perfect love is better.
