02/11/17 KABOOOOOM SSSSSST SIZZZLE SIZZZLE
(which being translated is)
Explosion Vaporization Burning
The order of a nuclear blast.
The sounds of final defeat.
An unnecessary holocaust.
The tragic and avoidable ending to a major conflict.
BUT GOD LOVES US SO MUCH
The fact is that God and mankind are in conflict, because man wants to be his own lord and master.
God offers His mercy, love, kindness, in order to draw the sinner to Himself.
But the rebel refuses God and continues in his sin.
God eventually sends sorrow, in order to drive the sinner to Himself.
But the rebel refuses God and continues in his sin.
God warns and then sends total devastation, in order to conquer the sinner.
But the rebel, thinking he can save himself from his circumstances, hardens his heart, stiffens his neck and shuts God out completely.
THE WAGES OF RESISTANCE IS HELL
All that is left for the sinner who will not turn is for the sinner to eternally burn.
EXAMPLES OF RESISTERS
What nation would refuse terms of peace, choosing rather to be covered by the mushroom cloud? (Japan)
What community would reject the overtures of God and the warnings of God, choosing rather to be vaporized in judgement? (Sodom; Gomorrah).
What society would resist the preaching of righteousness and reconciliation, choosing rather to be flushed from the face of the earth? (Noah's world).
What fool would constantly return to the trough of self sufficiency rather than admit he has sinned and cry out for God's forgiveness and deliverance?
REMINDER
God loves you enough to offer you mercy.
God loves you enough to send you sorrow.
God loves you enough to reduce you to nothingness.
God loves you enough to give His only begotten Son.
Don't delay.
Turn today.
Go God's way.
GOD'S WORD
Proverbs 6:15
(15) Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy.
Proverbs 29:1
(1) He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
