02/10/17 WASTE NOT, WANT NOT

Sometimes people don't realize how rich they are.

Did you ever see a person with lots of money just spend it like water?
Did you ever see grand houses that people own, but they never live in or seldom visit?
Did you ever see buckets and baskets of food thrown out after a sumptuous dinner party?

THAT IS PALTRY compared to the waste I see all around me.
I see people throwing away family relationships, not just their own, but their children's relationships as well.
I see people throwing away the joys of youth, the love of relatives, the support of caring adults, the stability of Biblical churches.
I see adults robbing children of great experiences, close friendships, future memories, enriching pursuits.

Don't waste your treasures, don't throw them away, don't rob others of their treasures. And don't forget, the best things in life are the treasures God gives to us.
