The Lord willing, this morning I am addressing the need for people to be in an up-to-date relationship with God. This came from an article I wrote about 6 years ago. Still true.
10/10/11 GET A NEW START.

A person is far more likely to grow spiritually if he chooses to spend time with the spiritually mature. As bad company corrupts good morals, so good company strengthens weak morals. We choose what we prefer.

Proverbs 13:20 NKJV
He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed.

CONSIDER...
A New Beginning Anytime.
God is the God of new beginnings.

There is a new beginning for the sinner, through the new birth.

There is the opportunity for a yearly new beginning every January 1.

There is a new beginning every Lord's Day, where Bible preachers offer a new encounter with God.

But if you missed it, Monday is the first day of the new work week. Let it be a new beginning for you.

Whenever you need it, and you want it, there is a new beginning for you.

But the heart can harden to the point that it will not yield to God.

God can come to a point where He no longer calls you back to Himself.

Don't wait 'till it's too late. There is no promise of another moment.
