08/02/17 Don't Voice Negativity,
it is a hidden enemy, destroying you and others.
The errant movement known as Word Of Faith or Positive Confession is based on the idea that we have creative powers like God, and even more than Jesus. THIS IS A LIE.
However, our thoughts form our words and then our words form our thoughts, and those thoughts influence our lives and the lives of others.
Our words are the carriers of our thoughts as well as the channels through which we receive ideas. We do not create, but we do cultivate our own minds and the minds of others, to either receive truth or receive deception, to accept light or accept darkness.
We must not confess error or a lie, even it if seems to be positive. But Christians must also be careful not to confess negativity, even when it seems to be truth. When we confess a lie, an error, we do not glorify God. When we confess negativity we oppose faith.
Positivity and negativity must be subject to truth and faith. Faith and Truth are the SPRING LINES that keep us from slipping too far in either direction.
