08/07/17 BETWEEN A SCOT AND A LONDONER

08/07/17 BETWEEN A SCOT AND A LONDONER

One of the most notable exchanges in motion picture dialog in movies today will not get the recognition given to,
"Make my day," or
"I'll be back" or
"What we have here is a failure to communicate," or
"Bond, James Bond."

It is a line from, SALMON FISHING IN THE YEMEN, when the two leading actors, Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt notice Muslims at prayer.

McGregor says to Blunt,
"I don't know anyone that goes to church anymore."
She answers with,
"Hmmm? I don't think I do either."
To which McGregor responds,
"On Sunday we go to Target." (according to the cleaned up version).

MY POINT IS... the British are mostly out of touch with Christianity. If you don't believe it, then all you have to do is look at the surveys and statistics. Also do your own personal study.

This is partly the fault of faulty ministries or doctrines or ceremony. It is also because the British, at large, have turned away from Biblical teaching, preaching, living and faith.

This has led the UK into a deadly maelstrom, taking more and more people, further and further from God, faith in Christ, Salvation and the Holy Bible. Satan uses this to ensnare them in Liberalism, Secular Humanism, Materialism, Naturalism, and other anti-Christian traps, which makes them haters of Jews and lovers of Islam.

Sadly, the older ones who have taken this course in life are leading the younger people away from God and eternal life.
It is sad.
It is scary.
